Join the Finance Accounting & Reporting team within a leading bank, specifically in the Financial Analysis & Planning (FA&P) unit. This team is responsible for analyzing the financial performance of the BNPPF consolidated group and delivering key reports to senior management, regulators, rating agencies, and other stakeholders.
Main Tasks:
Monitor, interpret, and report on financial performance indicators (profitability, solvency, liquidity, balance sheet) for assigned entities within the controlled perimeter.
Produce quarterly analytical reports, both detailed and executive, comparing actual results to prior years and budgets.
Contribute to forecasting exercises, including budgets, multi-year financial plans, stress tests, and simulations.
Build relationships with business units to gather insights on financial performance drivers.
Support the annual goodwill and equity-method impairment testing process.
Review and validate sub-consolidation controls and deliverables from the BNP Paribas Fortis group scope.
Your Profile:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, ideally in banking or audit.
Prior experience in audit firms or financial institutions is a strong asset.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of IFRS standards, accounting principles, and banking regulations (solvency, liquidity).
University degree (Master level) in economics, finance, mathematics, or engineering.
Experience with BNP Paribas tools and consolidation processes is a plus.

Able to synthesize complex financial information and communicate clearly in writing.
Strong interpersonal and diplomatic communication skills.

Languages:
Fluent in English (working language)
Good command of Dutch and/or French
