Accounting Lead

Our client is looking to recruit their next Accounting Lead.

About the role.

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions liaising with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and present financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with LUXGAAP and other regulations.
• Management of bank transactions.
• Good knowledge and understanding of tax.
• Coordinate external audits and third parties.
• Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Required Skills.

• 8-10 years of experience in accounting ( private equity / holding).
• Fluent in English. Any other languages are a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in tax compliance and regulatory reporting in Luxembourg
• Strong source of proposals to improve current working process.
• Strong Excel skills.
