The Customer Success team plays a notably critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all data received from our customers concerning their IP rights. By meticulously cross-referencing the information provided by our customers against public records from national patent and trademark offices, the team upholds the reliability of our services and safeguards the Intellectual Property rights that our customers manage.

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to join our Customer Success team as a Data Quality Analyst.

This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy. You will handle routine yet essential tasks in a structured environment, where precision is critical - minor errors can compromise IP right protections. The role requires affinity with tech tools to manage large volumes of data, collaborate with the tech team on technical onboarding challenges and to contribute to the improvement of our tools and processes, helping to enhance efficiency and reliability across the onboarding process and the verification of IP rights data. Your work plays a direct role in safeguarding Intellectual Property, making accuracy and initiative equally important. This is a high-responsibility position with a meaningful and lasting impact.

✅ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🚀 Accurately compare and verify IP right numbers, dates and related data against official records from national patent and trademark office online registers under tight deadlines.

🚀 Support the Customer Success Managers in the onboarding of IP rights data received from our customers onto internal systems.

🚀 Identify, document, and communicate any discrepancies or inconsistencies found during the onboarding and verification process to the customer and/or relevant internal teams (including tech teams), using internal systems.

🚀 Drive enhancements to internal data onboarding and verification tools based on day-to-day experience.

🚀 Support the maintenance of a repository of jurisdictional data quality insights and develop clear guides and procedures to streamline tasks and onboard future team members.

✅ THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You are highly accurate, efficient and precise, able to spot even the smallest discrepancies in numbers, dates, and text. You can process large volumes of data quickly without sacrificing accuracy, sometimes under tight deadlines.

You are comfortable with numbers and structured information, demonstrating strong numerical and data processing skills. You are computer-literate, familiar with using spreadsheets, databases, and online research tools.

You are a natural problem-solver with a curious mind, always spotting opportunities to improve everyday tasks. You are eager to become an expert in IP legal requirements and the IP data landscape. You thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and are energised by contributing to the creation and growth of a dynamic start-up.

You have written and oral communication skills in English for both technical collaboration and customer-facing interactions.

Familiarity with intellectual property or patent documentation is a plus but not mandatory.
