🌟 Join our team as a Talent & Development Intern! 🚀

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in HR as part of your studies? We are offering an internship for a motivated student eager to contribute to recruitment and development projects within our team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates on platforms and jobboards and maintaining a CV database.
  • Help create and update engaging job descriptions and post job listings.
  • Pre-screen applications, compile shortlists, and organize interview schedules.
  • Prepare interview materials (CVs, evaluation sheets, tracking docs).
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in interviews.
  • Draft and send follow-up emails
  • Analyze recruitment data and support with tracking metrics.
  • Contribute to projects and other HR initiatives.
  • Organize and file training certificates.

Who you are:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Human Resource Management, Labor Sciences, Work Psychology, or a related field that requires an internship agreement.
  • Enthusiastic, organized, and proactive.
  • Strong communication skills and proficient in MS Office.
  • Detail-oriented and a team player.
  • Fluent in French.
