What will you be doing?

As a Junior Manager at BDO, you’ll be immersed in the heart of accountancy, where your days will be filled with varied and impactful activities:

• Guide and Support: You’ll manage and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and learning.

What do you bring to the table?

We're looking for someone who is not just skilled but also enthusiastic about making a real impact:

• Hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with around four years of experience.
• Currently IAB-certified or actively pursuing your IAB internship.
• Fluent in English and/or French with excellent communication skills.
