As a Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for driving customer engagement and ensuring our marketing efforts align with our business goals. Your focus will be on executing marketing plans, tracking results, and continuously improving our strategies to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Task & Responsibilities

• Marketing Calendar Execution: Manage the marketing calendar and coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including graphic designers, speakers, and business partners.
• Campaign Tracking & Reporting: Track, measure, and report the results of marketing campaigns, providing insights for optimization and future strategy.
• Event Organisation: Assist in organising both online and in-person events, ensuring seamless execution and strong attendance.
• Marketing Funds Management: Oversee and manage marketing development funds (MDF) to ensure effective use and reporting.
• Customer Retention & Referral Campaigns: Create and implement strategies to engage customers, improve retention, and drive referrals.
• Database Management: Manage and regularly update the marketing databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Marketing Automation: Assist in the implementation of new marketing automation systems to streamline processes.
• Social Media Campaigns: Manage and execute social media advertising campaigns as directed by the team.
• Creative Content Creation: Design marketing and event graphics using tools like Canva or similar software.
• Promotional Materials: Support in the creation of various promotional materials such as books, flyers, and brochures.
• Newsletter & Social Media Liaison: Coordinate internally and externally to facilitate newsletters and social media posts.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (required).
• Proven experience in marketing or communications, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, or similar software, to create engaging content.
• Experience with social media advertising and content creation, driving successful campaigns.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
