For over 30 years Sea to Summit have been engineering award-winning gear for adventures at every altitude. Revere is thrilled to be partnering with the STS team to appoint a Digital Marketing Specialist to focus on paid search, Meta & EDM.
This role will develop execute marketing campaigns across 4 brands, focusing on email marketing, paid social, paid search, and asset creation to drive brand growth and revenue.

Your role will cover:
Paid Search Advertising
Develop and execute paid search campaigns across Google’s entire network, including Search, Shopping, Remarketing, and Performance Max (PMax).
Manage campaigns end-to-end: keyword research, ad copywriting, budget allocation, implementation, optimization, and reporting.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Shopify.
Email Marketing
Plan, create, and execute email campaigns and automated workflows; experience with Klaviyo is preferred.
Perform audience segmentation to drive higher engagement and conversions.
Paid Social Advertising
Develop and implement paid social strategies across Meta to maximise ROI, manage budgets, and optimise campaign performance.
Create and optimise ad creatives to enhance performance.
Asset Creation
Craft compelling, brand-aligned copy for emails and social ads.
Design graphics and visuals for all digital marketing materials.
Your experience so far covers:
Email Marketing: Demonstrated experience driving email revenue growth, and a strong understanding of retention strategies and personalisation, preferably using Klaviyo.
Paid Social Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and managing paid social campaigns end-to-end, with a focus on achieving strong ROI.
Paid Search Expertise: Proven experience managing search campaigns (Google Ads certified preferred) with strong knowledge of auction dynamics, bid strategies, and attribution models.
Content Creation: Experience in writing engaging, on-brand copy and creating graphics that resonate with target audiences.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions using tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio.
Multi-Brand Management: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple brands simultaneously, tailoring marketing strategies to each (either in-house or within an agency)
Organisational Strength: Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of independently managing multiple projects.
