Retail Marketing Coordinator

Property Network of Australia is seeking a Marketing Executive to work for a national retail property group with a flagship shopping centre in regional Queensland.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with previous or current experience in a marketing or events-based role within a retail, commercial property, or fast-paced consumer-focused environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns designed to drive visitation and retailer engagement
• Assist in the planning and delivery of brand positioning activities that align with centre objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams, retailers, and external stakeholders to build strong, results-driven relationships
• Maintain marketing databases, manage purchase orders, and assist with budget tracking
• Deliver all marketing and compliance reporting within set timeframes
• Assist in meeting budget and forecasting targets in collaboration with the broader marketing team
• Monitor campaign results and deliver performance insights to improve future initiatives
• Uphold high standards of customer service across marketing activations and touchpoints

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience in a marketing role, ideally within the retail or property sector
• Strong skills in digital marketing, campaign planning, and stakeholder engagement
• High level of written and verbal communication, with excellent attention to detail
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Outstanding time management, organisation, and the ability to work to deadlines
