I am partnering with a global education organization that’s been a trusted name in Australia for over 40 years. They help students build key skills and now they’re looking for someone to join their team.

The Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to support franchisees with business development and educational guidance. You will visit franchise locations, build strong relationships, and help them achieve key goals. Travel across WA and some interstate trips will be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit franchise locations across Perth.
• Travel locally and interstate, with occasional overnight stays.
• Build relationships with franchisees and motivate them to meet business and student goals.
• Provide business solutions and development plans to drive growth.
• Represent the brand positively in all interactions.

What You’ll Need

• A tertiary qualification (essential).
• A current driver’s license and your own vehicle (essential).
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• A passion for children’s growth and development.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
