Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as an Exercise Physiologist, particularly in the disability, paediatric, or aged care sectors.

  • Strong skills in conducting home assessments and providing recommendations for home modifications and equipment prescriptions.
  • A passion for working with a varied caseload, including children, adults, and aged-care, in both metropolitan and regional areas.
  • Relevant professional registration and qualifications.
  • National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Australian Driver’s License

  • Up to 5 days of paid professional development leave per year
  • $2,000 per annum towards professional development
  • Referral bonuses for recommending great clinicians
  • Monthly incentive payment for achieving targets
  • Access to a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program
  • Discounts on retail, travel, bills, and private health insurance
  • A comprehensive wellbeing program with a big focus on team bonding
  • Supportive, dynamic, and growth-oriented team environment
