Dental Assistant/Receptionist - Maven Dental Ferny Grove

Exciting Opportunity at Maven Dental Ferny Grove! Join Our Team as a Full Time Dental Assistant/Receptionist!

Our well established 3 chair dental practice is focused on delivering smiles and positive experiences to each and every patient. We offer a friendly environment, advanced technology, exceptional service and a comprehensive range of dental treatments from check-up and cleans to teeth whitening to Invisalign.

Responsibilities:

• Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.
• Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
• Provide a high level of customer service at our reception desk, processing payments and health insurance claims, booking appointments and other administrative tasks as required.
• Take on a variety of tasks across different functions, demonstrating versatility and an ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Salary: $27 - $29 per hour depending on experience.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
