An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join a high-performing finance team within a leading financial institution.

This 12-month contract role is perfect for a finance professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for business performance reporting.

About the Role
As a Finance Manager, you will be a key part of the Performance Management team, responsible for delivering financial insights and analysis that drive strategic decision-making. You’ll engage with senior stakeholders, provide critical financial reporting, and support planning processes to ensure strong financial control and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results
• Providing in-depth financial analysis and performance insights
• Supporting stakeholders with accurate and timely financial reporting
• Managing financial controls, reconciliations, and general ledger integrity
• Driving continuous improvement with a strong focus on data and automation
• Engaging with a broad range of stakeholders across finance and business units

What We're Looking For

• Experience in financial performance management, reporting & analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• CA/CPA qualification
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools (Essbase, Tableau, Board)
