Overview:
This role is for a highly skilled Change Director/ Head of Change to join on a multi-year program. The program of work will look to redefine operations through innovative models and cutting-edge technology.
You'll lead change for a large operating model transformation and will work closely with teams across operations, data architecture, and platforming.
Experienced in your field, you’ll be able to work on the change strategy, lead a team of change & training professionals and embed the new operating model across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Change impact and readiness assessment: Lead comprehensive assessments to evaluate change impacts, readiness levels, and potential risks across different business units and employee groups.
- Designing and executing change management activities: Develop bespoke change management plans for the implementation of new operating models and technologies.
- People leadership and cross-functional team collaboration: Lead a team of Change, Communications and Training specialists across several workstreams.
- Stakeholder engagement and executive partnering: Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and group executives to define and design a change management strategy.
- Strategic communications leadership: Drive the change communications strategy, developing targeted messaging across multiple channels that engages stakeholders and drives behavioural change.
- Supporting workforce transitions: Lead the implementation of workforce transition strategies and behavioural change interventions.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Change Management within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of leading and managing change management & training teams.
- Strong understanding of Financial Services, products, data and regulatory environments.
- Demonstrated experience in leading the delivery of complex programs with a large data & operating model component.
- 10 years dedicated change management experience.
- Experience delivery change in Agile and Waterfall projects.
- Strong understanding of portfolio governance, metrics tracking, and financial performance management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in change management methodologies, tools, and techniques (Prosci, ADKA)
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
