About the role
We need a passionate technology & customer service enthusiast to empower entrepreneurs to make their mark on the world — envisioning, designing, and building our technology and support platforms to enable the business to become the leading marketing services franchise in the world. By joining forces with our software vendors and working with talent worldwide to become tech-forward leaders in our industry, this role has the potential to shape the future of digital innovation, driving transformative solutions that redefine our market presence and elevate customer experiences.
In this role, you will:
- Develop, lead, project manage, and communicate the Technology strategy with relevant stakeholders
- Manage the software support team - coaching, developing, engaging, training and recruiting
- Optimise and support the usage of our ERP platforms - MIS, CRM, Web-to-Print, eCommerce, Google Workspace and any other related software
- Manage KKA’s internal network - hardware and software
- Ensure Support Desk enquiries are responded to and dealt with promptly and satisfactorily, along with being adequately measured
- Keep our Kwik Kopy website, related websites, and applications running smoothly in our AWS environment
- Install, develop, train, and document our Cyber Security protocols
- Work on all data management, websites, and integrations across our ecosystem
- Develop and maintain solid, trusted relationships with our technology and communication partners
- Develop, manage, optimise and control the Technology budget as well as Pricing Systems
- Keep Technology training and development resources relevant and aligned with software upgrades
- Project manage utilising agile / scrum and waterfall methodology and play a vital role in all Technology and Digital Transformation initiatives
- Play a supporting role for the Leadership Team as we formulate and implement our vision for the future
- Be vigilant in assessing and developing all internal systems used by the Krew to drive productivity

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous ERP and MIS experience is required
- Tertiary Education in a related field to Computer Science is held in high regard
- AWS Cloud computing knowledge is highly desirable
- API & Software Integration
- Knowledge of Design & Print related software and processes is highly desirable
- Support desk and/or customer service team management experience highly desirable
- Experience understanding decentralised manufacturing/franchising
- Digital Transformation projects
- People Management
- Project Management (Agile / Scrum / Waterfall)
- Data architecture & warehousing
