On behalf of our esteemed client, a leading entity in the automotive industry, we are currently seeking candidates for a fixed term contract position. This opportunity is available immediately on a 12-month fixed term contract with the potential for an extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present design proposals using various media including sketches, 3D models, technical illustrations, and CAD data to effectively communicate concepts.
• Coordinate and lead design forums to identify and prioritize projects, ensuring alignment with divisional goals and departmental resources.
• Negotiate and secure resources, budget, and support for projects through compelling presentations and evidence-based proposals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external customers, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project success.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to effectively monitor progress and facilitate accurate cost allocation.
• Generate detailed documentation covering materials specifications, manufacturing methods, and technical requirements for successful product implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial design with demonstrated project success.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g. Catia, Alias, Blender).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving and design thinking
• Excellence in visual communication.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
