This role is based within our Sunshine Coast Head Office, QLD. It is a dual role Travel Coordinator/Moblisation and Recruitment Coordinator.

About the Role:

Travel Coordinator

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of travel for our employees, executives, and clients. This includes booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and ensuring compliance with company travel policies. Your role will require excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple travel requests while ensuring a seamless and positive travel experience. You will also be responsible for cost controll managment and cost reduction initiatives.

Mobilisation and Recruitment Coordinator

This position will require a person with the ability to handle multiple tasks associated with the recruiting of staff to work on mine sites across Australia. You will be detail orientated with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You will coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle of hiring including:

  • Liaising with site and project manager to understand the personnel levels required for job execution
  • Pre-screening and shortlisting candidates
  • Organising interviews and conducting reference checks
  • Organising the induction and onboarding requirements
  • Organising medicals and pre-employment drug screening
  • Recruitment through professional networks, internet and social media

About you:

You will bring your knowledge and experience from previous roles in Travel Coordination.

You will be a strong and dynamic administrator/recruiter who is self-motivated and passionate about all aspects of mobilisation and recruitment. You will have the ability to effectively prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate the capability to efficiently problem solve and troubleshoot.
