Quarry Operator

About The Role

We are looking for the right candidate/s to take on the role of Quarry Operator. This position will report to the Quarry Manager and will be based in Tatura, Victoria, approx. 2 hours north of Melbourne. The business operates 5.5 days per week.

Responsibilities Include

• Operating machinery and plant operation.
• Assisting with general maintenance and housekeeping of all plant, equipment, and facilities.
• Working with the team to ensure efficient operation of all equipment to maximise production whilst maintaining a safe work environment.
• Carrying out duties in line with our WHS policies and procedures.

About You

• Operating experience is required
• Current Australian driver’s licence
• Strong commitment to quality principles and dedication to workplace safety
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
