We are looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Tel Aviv, Israel and play a key role in driving our digital acquisition strategy. Your Role: As a Performance Marketing Specialist , you will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads to drive high-quality leads and conversions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and maximize campaign performance. Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads campaigns to achieve performance goals. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness. Analyze performance data and generate insights to improve ROAS and CPA. Work closely with the creative team to develop and test ad copy and landing pages. Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in paid search marketing. Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring the highest possible return on investment. Research new and additional channels to test or incorporate into the performance marketing plan Requirements: 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads campaigns. Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio. Proficiency in campaign tracking, conversion optimization, and bid strategy management. Experience with lead generation campaigns and B2B performance marketing is a plus. Experience with financial services and fintech is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Proficiency in ad platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, or similar. Experience with B2B performance required, Fintech or Financial Services experience a plus Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau). Experience with CRM and lead management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
